Copyright and Licensing

Annales Medicinae Urgentis is an open access journal. All articles are freely and immediately available online without subscription, registration, or access charges.

Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full text of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, and use them for any other lawful purpose, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and source.

All articles published in Annales Medicinae Urgentis are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License — CC BY 4.0, unless otherwise stated. This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction, adaptation, and commercial use in any medium or format, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the article title, the journal, and the DOI or original source.

Authors retain copyright of their work without restrictions. By submitting and publishing their manuscript in Annales Medicinae Urgentis, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and archive the final published version of the article.

Authors may share, deposit, distribute, and reuse the submitted version, accepted manuscript, and published version of record of their article without embargo, including on personal websites, institutional repositories, academic networks, funder repositories, and other non-commercial or commercial platforms, provided that the original publication in Annales Medicinae Urgentis is properly cited.

Third-party material included in articles, such as figures, tables, photographs, or other copyrighted content, is covered by the article’s Creative Commons license unless a separate credit line or rights statement indicates otherwise. No submission fees, article processing charges, publication fees, or other author-side charges are applied by Annales Medicinae Urgentis.
